For the registration procedure we require following list of documents**:

application for registration of representative office (name, address, telephone and bank data of applicant, city in Ukraine where the rep. office will be located, aim of the registration of rep. office);

confirmation from the state (sales, bank) local registry of country of applicant regarding state registration; 2 copies.

confirmation from the applicant’s bank regarding the applicant’s account number;
-
Power of Attorney for the registration procedure with the right to transfer it to the third parties; 2 copies;
-
passport photocopies of the General and Financial director of the applicant company;
-
rent contract for the office;
-
letter from the Applicant for the preparation of the stamp for representative office;
-
letter from the Applicant for opening of bank account for representative office;

copy of the applicant’s bank confirmation for opening of bank account for representative office;
**All documents must be given in the language of the applicant, adopted and legislated by council of Ukraine in the Applicant’s country and translated to Ukrainian language with notary stamp. Expiry date for all documentation is 5 month from the date of their release. |
